Centaur’s Jigging Rods are true “Japanese style” rods for handling hard fighting species. They are light in weight, and thin in profile, but make no mistake, Tuna, GT’s, Amberjacks, Yellowtail, and many other hard fighting species are all in the wheelhouse of these rods. Toray Carbon blanks make for an extremely strong, yet light weight blank. Combine that with the ergonomic EVA grip configuration, Fuji Alconite guides, and a textured reel seat and you have a serious fish fighting tool. The matte black finish on these rods and weave pattern underwraps make them appealing to the eye too. These are excellent jigging rods, at a very reasonable price.
